Now each staff member is issued with a unique key which allows them to track the driver as well as the vehicle and time sheets are accurately recorded electronically. Employees written timesheets can be quickly double checked against the payroll report generated by the system. A series of automatic alerts are sent direct to employees, each week, to remind them to submit their time sheets and weekly plant inspection forms.
